Harris Konstantinou is the founder and owner of Printec Group, and the company's Chairman and CEO since 1992. From 1988 until 1992, Mr. Konstantinou was the General Manager of Printec Ltd. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded to become the prime provider of ICT solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, transcending state boundaries.. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Sophia Polytechnic and has a considerable experience on the field of Information Technology where he began his career in 1976.

Marina Mavrommati is the CEO of Printec Group since October 2015,  joining Printec in 2009 as an Executive advisor, and becoming the Deputy CEO, later, in 2011. She is working closely, with the Chairman, to further expand the Group, while maintaining a sustainable and profitable growth, central to the organization's strategy. Ms. Mavrommati has extensive finance and management experience working for companies such as Procter & Gamble and Barclays Bank Plc. Prior to joining Printec Group, Ms. Mavrommati served as CFO and Member of the Board of Directors for Michaniki S.A.

Marina Mavrommati earned a BSc in Computer Science and Management from Kings College, London, University of London and a MSC in Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Alexander Horozov

Alexander Horozov is Printec Group’s Solutions & Services Director since January 2016, responsible for directing and implementing the company’s strategy towards solutions and services. He is currently leading the Professional Services, Customer Services, PMO, IT and the Solutions Development teams of the Group. Alexander joined Printec’s entity in Bulgaria in 2000 as one of the first members of the technical team and became the Services and Technical Infrastructure Manager of Printec Bulgaria in 2005. He assumed the role of Group Customer Services Manager, leading Printec Group’s Customer Services organization in 2010.

Alexander has started his career as hardware developer, specializing in ECR devices, in the R&D departments of the “Electronica” plant in Sofia, as well as “Daisy Technology”.

Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Communication Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia in Bulgaria.

Alexandra Eleftheriou

Alexandra Eleftheriou joined Printec Group in 2013 as the Chief People Officer and has overall responsibility for the Group's people strategy, programs and initiatives, including organization design and development, leadership and talent development, employee engagement, rewards and recognition. Her multinational career in HR consulting and management includes companies such as Hay Group in SEE and Inbucon in the UK. She joined Printec from Aon Hewitt, where she set up and led the Talent & Organization Consulting business.

Alexandra is President of the Hellenic Institute of Human Resources Management (EIMAD) and Member of the Board of the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE). She is also a Professional Certified Coach – PCC, by the International Coach Federation, and served as the founding president (2010-2104) of the Hellenic Coaching Association, HCA/ EMCC Greece. Alexandra holds a BA Joint Honours in Administration & Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester.

Ilias Papastathopoulos is the Group Finance Manager responsible for the Group's internal financial operations as well as the management of external statutory reporting requirements. He joined Printec Group in 2011 as the Group Financial Controller having prior experience from several international Greek companies such as Intralot and Apivita. In his latest assignment before joining Printec, he was the Financial Analysis & Budgeting Supervisor for Creta Farms Group.

Ilias holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and also a Master's degree in International Banking & Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University.

Vassilis Mathioudakis

Vassilis Mathioudakis is the Chief Commercial and Business Operations Officer of Printec Group, responsible for all 18 subsidiaries. From 2008 until 2015, Mr. Mathioudakis served as the Product Development & Marketing Director, responsible for the Group's solutions portfolio, as well as the selection and management of the company's technology partners. Prior to joining Printec Group in 2008, he worked for Sonak Systems & Software and Intracom IT Services, where he was responsible for the implementation of a series of complex ICT projects at the SEE region for different vertical industries, including MLEs, Defense and Banking.

Vassilis holds a diploma in Computer & Electrical Engineering, as well as an MSc in Information Systems Management, from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) form the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as a Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM).
