Watch4 IMS, part of the Printec's Watch4 Product Family, enables the operational issues management optimization for various types of equipment (POS terminals, ATMs, etc).

The Watch4 IMS software efficiently identifies, responds to and tracks issues and service requests needing resolution. Enabling a cost effective management of incidents and overhead optimization, IMS also manages contract records for any type of devices, stock of spare parts and processes orders of customers, providing a cost effective, automated process to restore normal service operations.

Through the Watch4 IMS solution, you can retrieve information regarding interventions on equipment managed by a service provider. Data relating to the equipment's warranty contracts, details of the interventions, inventory, spare parts or materials are stored in the application's database so that the reporting module can generate customized reports, specific to the activity of each customer.
