Harris Konstantinou is the founder and owner of Printec Group, and the company's Chairman and CEO since 1992. From 1988 until 1992, Mr. Konstantinou was the General Manager of Printec Ltd. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded to become the prime provider of ICT solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, transcending state boundaries.. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Sophia Polytechnic and has a considerable experience on the field of Information Technology where he began his career in 1976.
Chief Executive Officer
Marina Mavrommati is the CEO of Printec Group since October 2015, joining Printec in 2009 as an Executive advisor, and becoming the Deputy CEO, later, in 2011. She is working closely, with the Chairman, to further expand the Group, while maintaining a sustainable and profitable growth, central to the organization's strategy. Ms. Mavrommati has extensive finance and management experience working for companies such as Procter & Gamble and Barclays Bank Plc. Prior to joining Printec Group, Ms. Mavrommati served as CFO and Member of the Board of Directors for Michaniki S.A.
Marina Mavrommati earned a BSc in Computer Science and Management from Kings College, London, University of London and a MSC in Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Group Solutions & Services Director
Alexander Horozov is Printec Group’s Solutions & Services Director since January 2016, responsible for directing and implementing the company’s strategy towards solutions and services. He is currently leading the Professional Services, Customer Services, PMO, IT and the Solutions Development teams of the Group. Alexander joined Printec’s entity in Bulgaria in 2000 as one of the first members of the technical team and became the Services and Technical Infrastructure Manager of Printec Bulgaria in 2005. He assumed the role of Group Customer Services Manager, leading Printec Group’s Customer Services organization in 2010.
Alexander has started his career as hardware developer, specializing in ECR devices, in the R&D departments of the “Electronica” plant in Sofia, as well as “Daisy Technology”.
Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Communication Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia in Bulgaria.
Group Finance Manager
Ilias Papastathopoulos is the Group Finance Manager responsible for the Group's internal financial operations as well as the management of external statutory reporting requirements. He joined Printec Group in 2011 as the Group Financial Controller having prior experience from several international Greek companies such as Intralot and Apivita. In his latest assignment before joining Printec, he was the Financial Analysis & Budgeting Supervisor for Creta Farms Group.
Ilias holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and also a Master's degree in International Banking & Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University.
Adrian Shehu joined Printec Group in 2004 and is the Country Manager for Albania, responsible for the business strategy, financial management, sales and services supervision, ensuring that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources. Prior to joining Printec he has worked in the Banking Industry for more than 10 years employed by organization such as Commercial Bank of Albania, Savings Bank of Albania, holding several positions: Financial Institutions Manager, Head of HR, Head of International Relation, Head Business and Marketing, Head of PR, Head of Treasury, member of ALCO, member of Board of BIS Banca.
Adrian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Tirana and a Master's Degree Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Bocconi, Italy.
Paulin Kolev is the General Manger of Printec Bulgaria Jsc.since 1997; while previously, he was the Sales Director for Banking and Financial Systems.
Prior to joining Printec in 1993, and assuming various positions in the fields of sales and product development, Mr. Kolev has also been employed by Intransmash,Sofia.
During his longstanding career in the IT industry, he has acquired significant experience in the field of Banking Technology and Transaction Automation Systems.
Goran Martic is the Cluster General Manager for Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and FYROM since July 2017. He has 16+ years’ experience in the IT industry having Sales & Management roles (Managing director, Regional Sales Leader for Customer engagement Solutions) for global US high-tech companies (such as Avaya). He has extensive knowledge of Business & People Management, Business/Digital transformation, Business Development & Consultative Solution Selling.
Goran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Economics from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics.
Maria Loupi is Country Manager of Printec Cyprus responsible for managing all operations in the island. Her responsibilities include setting business strategy and driving business performance, managing key customer relationships and actively developing new business opportunities, leading and directing the operational day to day activities of the subsidiary.
Maria joined the Printec team in 2012 as Sales Manager and she has been appointed the Country Manager Position in January 2013.
Following her studies in Accounting and Econometrics at the University of Manchester, Maria held various positions in the Information Technology Sector such as Project Manager, Account Manager and Sales Manager. She has more than 19 years of experience in Systems Integration and Financial Services Projects.
Ilija Atanasov is the General Manager of Printec Skopje since 2016, responsible for implementing the Group Strategy, identifying and developing new business directions relevant for the local market. He has an overall professional experience of almost 14 years working for companies like Microsoft and local ISVs and System Integrators. Being a technology professional with engineering academic background, he started his career in sales and progressed in roles of sales and general management. He has been accountable for large scale projects, leading diverse teams in sales, business support and operations.
Ilija holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the “Ss Cyril and Methodius” University, Skopje - Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications.
Nestor Louizidis is the General Cluster Manager of Printec Greece and Cyprus, responsible for formulating the business strategy, achieving the countries’ business objectives and leading the implementation of annual action plans. Nestor has 20+ years of experience in the technology and financial sectors, including 10 years with IBM followed by 9 years with Thomson-Reuters, of which the last 5 as Country Manager and Member of the Board.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, USA and a BSc in Marketing from S. New Hampshire University, Manchester, USA.
Country Lead of Kosovo as of 2016, where previously with Printec Kosovo managed CS and PS department with responsibility to implementing Group’s Customer Services strategy and help grow the efficiency and build trust with customers, where also supporting Sales department with Pre-Sales in various sectors and projects.
Prior to joining Printec in 2008, started the career in banking sector helping grow with IT infrastructure the most respectful bank in Kosovo to date, continuing with different organizations in Lead Software Developer and Architect in completing successfully various projects in Private and Public Sector, specialized and Certified in Microsoft Tools and environments such as .Net and MS SQL with more than 15 years of working experience in IT Industry.
Dionisie Vasilache is Printec Moldova's Country Lead, responsible for managing the Moldovan branch of the Group. With over a decade and a half of working experience in the IT sector, he brings sector-specific expertise in specialized verticals with international and local ICT providers and consumers, such as Orange Moldova and the National Anti-Corruption Center. He has held a range of management functional and operational roles, from Corporate Clients Account Manager and Intelligence Security Manager to Commercial Director. He has a proven track record in designing, setting up and implementing complex data transfer communication infrastructures and new operational and organizational models as well as strategic, tactical and operational sales expertise.
Dionisie holds a Master’s degree in Information and Computer Systems Information Systems & Software Management and a B.A. in Accounting and Auditing.
Bogdan Constantinescu is the General Manager of Printec Romania since 2015, responsible for implementing the Group Strategy, identifying and developing new business directions relevant for the Romanian market. He has an overall professional experience of almost 25 years in Romanian IT Market working for companies like Microsoft Romania, IBM, Cisco and Frontal Communication. Being a technology professional with engineering academic background, he started his career in sales and progressed in roles of sales and general management. He has been accountable for large scale projects, leading diverse teams in sales, delivery, business support and operations.
Bogdan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Polytechnical Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications.
Guenther Meyringer is the Managing Director of the the Printec Cluster Austria/Hungary/Slovakia/Czech Republic since January 2017. He has 25 years experience in the IT industry in key executive management roles for global US high-tech companies such as EMC and Avaya as well as for European/central European integrators. He has extensive knowledge in business transformation, change management and company growth development.
Guenther Meyringer has a degree in Computer Science from Technical University Vienna and a business masters degree from Danube University, Krems.
Elnura Mamedli is Printec Ukraine's Country Manager, responsible for managing the Ukrainian subsidiary of the Group. Prior to joining Printec in 2013, she worked for Servus Systems Integration, where she was responsible for leading and managing the company's Financial Sector product offerings.
Elnura holds a Master's degree in International Economics, as well as an MBA from the International Management Institute in Ukraine, based on the IMD Lausanne MBA program. She has more than 13 years of experience in Systems Integration for the Financial Services sector.
