Devices
- The “Devices” section is the starting point for building the x-visio “ecosystem”. Devices to be managed are entered into the system.
- On the dashboard relevant information about for version on the device software, whether the content is up to date and whether the device is connected to the server.
- The dashboard provides capabilities for visualizing the devices grouped by Branch
- For each device, the pre-defined interface with the necessary design and content which must be visualized has to be selected. The interface must be defined with the same resolution as the devices for which it is intended to be displayed
Interface designer
- A major functionality of the x-visio, which allows the required design to be easily created using “drag & drop” approach.
- The Interface designer allows to create one or more screens, using a variety of predefined interactive components, such as texts, buttons, images, videos and many others
- By design, the system supports interfaces in different languages for easy localization
Campaigns & Scheduling
- Module for management and scheduling campaigns – each campaign contains the interface to be displayed, including the necessary design and optionally a playlist
- A campaign can be set for a single device or for a group of devices and can be defined for a period of days or for time slots
- The content from the campaign replaces the default interface which is set up for the device for the period of the campaign

Document Lists
- The “Document lists” enables basic document management functionality, allowing to manage multiple documents, stored in the system.
- The system supports & manages documents on multiple language
- The documents can be reordered using drag-and-drop
- When the documents are modified, the change is automatically reflected on all devices which visualizes this document list

- The Survey functionality provides opportunity to create various questionnaires by defining the individual questions and answers
- The Survey is placed on the screen in the Interface Designer and can be stylized as needed.

- X-visio solution provides the possibility for comprehensive reporting through integration with Microsoft’s SQL Server Reporting Services, where various reports can be defined
